I was honored to welcome Representative Marissa Flores of the Northern Marianas Commonwealth Legislature and House legal counsel Joe Taijeron to the U.S. Capitol last month while they were in Washington, D.C. for the National Conference of State Legislators (NCSL) Capital Forum.
