- Explanation of the Request: Funding would be used to procure law enforcement and security vehicles for the courthouses on Saipan, Tinian, and Rota.

- Project: Construction Equipment Acquisition
- Amount Requested: $1,000,000
- Intended Recipient: Municipality of Rota, 5587 Tatachog Rd, Rota, MP 96951
- Explanation of the Request: The equipment will be used to support municipal construction, disaster recovery projects, and other infrastructure development activities.
- Project: Emergency Shelter
- Amount Requested: $2,000,000
- Intended Recipient Municipality of Tinian and Aguiguan, San Jose, Tinian, MP 96952
- Explanation of the Request: Funding will support the construction of a high-resiliency Emergency Typhoon Shelter, providing safe, life-saving refuge for residents during severe weather events.
- Project: HVAC and Power Upgrade
- Amount Requested: $450,000
- Intended Recipient Joeten-Kiyu Public Library, 2745 Insatto St., Saipan, MP, 96950
- Explanation of the Request: Funding would be used to upgrade the air conditioning system and install a generator to keep patrons comfortable and maintain and protect collections and equipment.
- Project: Transit Ambulances
- Amount Requested: $860,000
- Intended Recipient Department of Fire & Emergency Medical Services, Ascencion Ct. Capitol Hill #1342, Saipan, MP, 96950
- Explanation of the Request: Funding would be used to purchase Type II Transit Ambulance units to strengthen emergency medical response capabilities across the Commonwealth.
- Project: Veterans Retreat and Resource Center
- Amount Requested: $1,000,000
- Intended Recipient: CNMI Office of Veterans Affairs, 1364 Anatahan Dr., Saipan, MP 96950
- Explanation of the Request: Funding would support the construction of a Veterans Retreat and Resource Center for the CNMI’s veteran community.
- Project: Senior Center Renovation and Service Improvement
- Amount Requested: $584,950
- Intended Recipient CNMI Office on Aging, Kopa Di Oru St., Saipan, MP, 96950
- Explanation of the Request: Funding will go towards the renovation of three senior centers and the acquisition of vehicles for senior center service and activities.
- Project: Training Center and Storage Facility
- Amount Requested: $925,000
- Intended Recipient: Department of Lands and Natural Resources, 1314 Anatahan Drive, Saipan, MP 96950
- Explanation of the Request: Funding would be used to will construct a training center for department personnel and a warehouse to provide a safe and secure environment for storing department equipment and items.
- Project: Homestead Wastewater and Lift Station Infrastructure
- Amount Requested: $1,500,000
- Intended Recipient: Department of Public Lands, Joeten Dan Dan Bldg., Saipan, MP 96950.
- Explanation of the Request: Funding would be used to install a sewer system and main lift station in the As Gonno area of Southern Saipan to support the development of approximately 440 homestead lots.
- Project: Technology Infrastructure and Digital Equity Initiative
- Amount Requested: $1,200,000
- Intended Recipient: Northern Marianas College, 1981 Fina Sisu Lane, Saipan, MP 96950
- Explanation of the Request: Funding would be used procure and install active telecommunications, classroom technology, and physical security systems for four new buildings at the As Terlaje Campus, and to replace aging computer laboratory equipment.
- Project: Campus Outfitting for Workforce Training
- Amount Requested: $1,000,000
- Intended Recipient: Northern Marianas Technical Institute, 12966 Lower Base Dr., Saipan, MP 96950
- Explanation of the Request: Funding would be used to procure and install furniture, fixtures, and equipment required to convert the near-completed Koblerville Workforce Career Training Facility into a fully operational training campus.

- Explanation of the Request: Funding will be used to acquire a boom tractor mower and lift to support essential public works operations.
- Project: Fire Protection and Plumbing Improvement

- Explanation of the Request: Funding would be used to modernize the Judiciary Building fire alarm and sprinkler systems and upgrade supporting plumbing infrastructure.
