Avah is an incoming junior at Colorado State University majoring in Health and Exercise Science with a concentration in Health Promotion. She is excited to learn more about public health and how community-focused programs and policies can improve the health and well-being of others. As an aspiring occupational therapist, Avah is passionate about helping individuals improve their quality of life through supportive, community-centered care.
