Governor Apatang announced today that full November Nutrition Assistance Program benefits will be released to all participating households in Saipan, Tinian, Rota, and the Northern Islands as early as Saturday, November 15 and no later than Monday, November 17. Last week, on Halloween, your Congressional Office joined in the community festivities at four different location on Saipan, Tinian, and Rota. Our team handed out candy and enjoyed seeing some incredible costumes at the Kagman High School, the Haunted Trail in Rota, and the Halloween Parade in Tinian. We also joined the fun at the Joeten Kiyu Public Library, where Chester and our daughter Sydney helped greet all the trick-or-treaters throughout the event. I wish I could have been there for the fun, but looking through the photos, it looked like an amazing night.
