Working with House Leadership on CNMI Recovery

I met with House Majority Leader Steve Scalise on Wednesday to discuss the CNMI’s ongoing economic challenges, which have only been exacerbated by Super Typhoon Sinlaku. We also discussed ways the federal government can help support recovery efforts and strengthen the Commonwealth’s economy moving forward. I’m grateful to House leadership for their steadfast support and continued accessibility as we work to address the needs of the Marianas.
