Governor Apatang announced today that full November Nutrition Assistance Program benefits will be released to all participating households in Saipan, Tinian, Rota, and the Northern Islands as early as Saturday, November 15 and no later than Monday, November 17. USDA’s Food and Nutrition Service has granted full funding authorization, allowing the NAP team to resume normal benefit levels after several challenging weeks. This is great news for thousands of families across the CNMI and a relief welcomed by our entire community.
