Washington - Just nine months into her first term in Congress, Congresswoman Kimberlyn King-Hinds celebrated the House passage of her first bill, H.R. 3400, the Territorial Response and Access to Veterans’ Essential Lifecare (TRAVEL) Act of 2025, constituting a major step toward improving healthcare access for veterans in the U.S. territories.

 “This is a win for our veterans in the Marianas and throughout the territories,” said Congresswoman King-Hinds. “They served our nation with honor. They deserve access to care without having to fly thousands of miles to receive it.”
