Washington – Today, Congresswoman Kimberlyn King-Hinds announced Byul An, a student of Saipan Southern High School, as the winner of the 2025 Congressional Art Competition. A distinguished panel of judges chose An’s work from among 16 entries submitted by high school students across the Marianas.

Washington – Today, Congresswoman King-Hinds touted a record full of accomplishments in 100 days as a freshman member of Congress representing the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands.

WashingtonCongresswoman Kimberlyn King-Hinds has introduced her first bill, H.R.1797, to amend the Wagner-Peyser Act of 1933 and include the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI) in federal employment service programs. The legislation ensures that workers in the CNMI receive the same employment assistance, job training, and labor exchange services currently available in the 50 states, Puerto Rico, and Guam.
