I am happy to welcome Ligaya “May” Mangahis to the Congressional Office, where she began this week as a Green and Gold Congressional Aide. May is a Gold Star mother and brings a deep understanding of the needs of our veterans and their families. She will be helping lead our outreach and casework for veterans in the CNMI, and that perspective matters in how we serve. I am grateful for the sacrifices her family has made and for the service she continues to give to our community.
