WSR Students’ Art Featured in National Christmas Tree Lighting Festival
This holiday season, students from our very own Marianas have their art displayed next to the National Christmas Tree! Each December, presented by the National Park Foundation and the National Park Service, the National Christmas Tree Lighting Festival showcases 59 trees—one for each U.S. state, territory, and the District of Columbia—decorated with ornaments designed by K-12 students. I am so proud to share some of the ornaments designed by students from William S. Reyes Elementary School who worked with the National Park Foundation to show off the landmarks and traditions that make the Marianas so special.
