Commonwealth Healthcare Corporation Chief Executive Officer Esther Muna visited her congressional office Tuesday. We discussed the various opportunities and challenges with the CNMI’s healthcare system and how my bill,  H.R. 3154, would help with patient access to Medicaid at home and across the territories.
