Welcome to Washington, CBYX Youth Ambassador Pascual!
Erika Pascual, a 2022 Marianas High School graduate, visited her congressional office in Washington, D.C. last week as part of the Congress-Bundestag Youth Exchange (CBYX) program, sponsored by the U.S. Department of State. Erika has spent a year in Germany studying, interning, and embracing the culture. She is the sole CBYX participant from the CNMI in this year’s cohort, joining young leaders from across the nation in a unique transatlantic exchange that fosters cultural understanding and leadership. Erika was joined by fellow Youth Ambassador Garret Lindsey from Alabama in her visit to the Capitol. We are excited to support Erika on her journey and commend her for representing the Marianas with pride and distinction on the national and international stage. Way to go, Erika!
