Lieutenant Governor of Guam Josh Tenorio met with me on Wednesday during his visit to Washington. We discussed several areas of mutual interest to our islands, including slumping tourism, air service, military activities, and the recent Bureau of Ocean Energy Management RFI. Thank you, Lt. Gov.
