It was an honor to engage with our Man’amko and hear their concerns firsthand. Their wisdom and experiences are invaluable, and it is important that they have a voice in the decisions that affect them. A big thank you to Office on Aging Director Walter Manglona and the dedicated staff at the Man’amko Center for their commitment to supporting our elders. It was a lot of fun! Your work ensures that they receive the services and activities they need to stay engaged and cared for. This visit reaffirmed my commitment to advocating for the well-being of our Man’amko. We owe so much to them, and I will continue working to ensure they receive the care and respect they deserve.
