CNMI Small Business Development Center (SBDC) Network Director, Nadine Deleon Guerrero, visited with me on Wednesday. We discussed the SBDC’s role in assisting local entrepreneurs start/stay in business, the many challenges they face, and my service on the Small Business Committee.
