US Department of Labor OFLC to hold CW-1 Webinar

Department of Labor’s Office of Foreign Labor Certification is inviting interested stakeholders to participate in a webinar that provides technical assistance and helpful tips for preparing the CW-1 Application for Prevailing Wage Determination (Form ETA-9141C), the Application for Temporary Employment Certification (Form ETA-9142C), the CW-1 Job Vacancy Announcement, and recruitment reports. The webinar also will cover some of the most pressing and common post-filing issues employers encounter.
