Tinian’s Evangelista Selected to Command MAG-24
Congratulations to Lieutenant Colonel Adrian R. Evangelista, a proud son of Tinian, on his selection to command Marine Aircraft Group 24 (MAG-24) at Marine Corps Air Station Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii! As the next commanding officer of MAG-24, Lt. Colonel Evangelista will lead one of the Marine Corps’ premier aviation groups, overseeing multiple aviation squadrons and support units that provide critical helicopter and tiltrotor aircraft capabilities throughout the Indo-Pacific. His selection for this highly important command is a testament to his exceptional leadership, professionalism, and distinguished service over the course of his Marine Corps career. Lt.
