Talking Constituent Casework with Rotary
I came almost straight from the airport to join the Rotary Club of Saipan last week for a conversation about one of the most important services we provide to the people of the Commonwealth, congressional casework. Since January 3, 2025, we have handled at least 612 formal cases and resolved 377 of them. This year alone, we have received more than 370 new cases and resolved a little more than 210. Immigration represents about 48 percent of our casework, Social Security about 20 percent, and FEMA another 20 percent this year because of disaster-related assistance. The central point of my remarks, and what I want to share with all of you, is simple. If you need assistance with the federal government, reach out. Whether it is Social Security, immigration, FEMA, veterans benefits, passports, or another federal issue, our team is here to help you navigate the process and work toward a resolution.
