Supporting Community-Based Health Care with Isla Community Health

Health care services are only as strong as the access people have to them. This week, I had the pleasure of visiting Isla Community Health and touring their Kagman clinic, where I met with their incredible team to learn more about their work and mission. We had a great conversation about the critical role Community Health Centers play in delivering care that is accessible, patient-centered, and grounded in the needs of the people they serve.
