Special Shoutout

I want to take a moment to give a special shout out to a man who has quietly served our community since we moved home. My husband, Chester, was recognized with the Bridge of Light Award by the Northern Marianas Coalition Against Domestic & Sexual Violence for his hard work, dedication, and commitment to our islands. I could not be prouder. Thank you to the OAG Criminal Division for being his home away from home, and to the NMCADSV for the work you do to make a difference in the lives of victims and survivors of domestic and sexual violence. October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month, and I thank the advocates and survivors for ensuring this work remains a movement, not just a moment.
