On Thursday I was pleased to meet with Martha Tenorio and Erica Pangelinan from the Southern Guam Soil & Water Conservation District. We discussed common funding issues for environmental conservation in the CNMI and Guam and how we could cooperate to secure more resources for environmental health in the Marianas.
