Sit-down with Veterans History Project

Earlier this week, I met with Monica Mohindra, Director of the Veterans History Project, to discuss the organization’s work and the voice it gives to veterans. Every veteran has a unique story of service, and their voices are a vital part of shaping the national dialogue on the future of our armed forces and the quality of care veterans receive. Ms. Mohindra shared valuable advice on veteran outreach in the CNMI, and I look forward to speaking with our local veterans about the project and listen to their stories so I can better understand how I can serve and advocate for them in Congress.
