Shanthia Espinosa Visits DC

Shanthia Espinosa, a Saipan native, visited our office this week. She is currently a Senior Research Assistant at the Oregon Health and Science University and is applying for her Masters in Public Health. She shared with me her passion and desire to work on public health policy in the future. I am in awe of her aspirations – Shanthia is making the CNMI proud!
