Would you believe it if I told you there was a six hour committee markup earlier this week? It was a long day but entirely worth it because the House Committee on Veterans’ Affairs passed 18 bills out of committee! My colleagues and I are proud to be voting on meaningful legislation tailored to directly benefit our veterans.
