We want to recognize and commend Joshua Barcinas Pangelinan, a U.S. Coast Guard Aviation Survival Technician II from Saipan, for his heroic efforts in recent flood rescue operations in Kerrville, Hunt, and Leander, Texas.  Josh was part of a coordinated response that helped evacuate over 230 flood victims, providing critical medical assistance and support during a time of crisis.  He is the son of Joaquin Villagomez Pangelinan and Tanya SN Barcinas-Pangelinan, and a shining example of the courage, service, and commitment that define the people of the CNMI.  We thank Josh and all who serve for answering the call, no matter the day or the danger.  You make the CNMI proud, Josh!
