We are proud to congratulate Dr. Aliah Kei Hocog Manglona of Rota on earning her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree, becoming the first woman from Rota to achieve this milestone. Her journey is a testament to perseverance, family support, and a deep commitment to serving others. As she begins her medical residency, Dr. Manglona carries with her a vision of one day returning home to care for our community. At a time when access to healthcare remains a critical need in the CNMI, her dedication offers hope for a stronger, healthier future for our islands.
