Rota Mayor’s Office Receives $320,000 in FEMA Funding for Equipment

Rota’s recovery efforts continue with $320,680 in FEMA funding approved for the Rota Mayor’s Office to purchase equipment under an alternate project following Typhoon Mawar. This $427,574 project is funded through FEMA’s Public Assistance Program under Section 406 of the Stafford Act, with the federal government covering 75% of the cost. This investment will help strengthen the Mayor’s Office’s resources and support its ability to serve the people of Rota.
