From Response to Recovery

I had the chance to sit down with FEMA Federal Coordinating Officer Andrew Grant to talk through where we are and what comes next. Andrew has been leading coordination of federal response efforts in the CNMI and has played a key role in the early days following the storm. Our conversation focused on the transition from response to recovery, the needs we are seeing on the ground, and how my office can help work through the resources required to move forward.
