Reasserting Marianas Issues with House Leadership

This week, I had the opportunity to meet separately with Speaker Mike Johnson and Majority Whip Tom Emmer, despite their demanding schedules. I briefed them on key issues impacting the Marianas and shared several legislative proposals aimed at benefiting our islands. Both leaders expressed strong support and pledged to be available and helpful whenever possible. Thank you, Speaker Johnson and Whip Emmer, for your leadership, your time, and your continued commitment to the people of the CNMI. It’s reassuring to know we have such influential allies who remain accessible and engaged.
