Partnering to Support Small Businesses
On Tuesday, I met with Chairman TJ Manglona and members of the CNMI House of Representatives Committee on Commerce, including Representatives Angelo Camacho and Malcom Omar, to discuss their committee’s plans and how my role on the U.S. House Small Business Committee can align to support businesses in the Northern Marianas. At the heart of this effort is understanding the real challenges facing small businesses in our islands. People are struggling, and businesses need support. Their concerns must be taken seriously. I am grateful for Chairman Manglona and his committee’s commitment to gathering these stories and working together to find solutions. Through collaboration, we can restore hope and create meaningful opportunities for businesses in the Marianas.
