NAP Benefits Possibly Delayed

This week, I met with CNMI Nutrition Assistance Program Administrator Margarita Torres-Aldan and her team to discuss the potential impact of the federal funding lapse on November benefits. I know how critical these benefits are, and the delay will have a significant effect on families across our islands. I am actively working on this issue and will be prioritizing it in the coming days. We will continue to provide updates as they become available. In the meantime, I urge families to plan carefully and ensure they have the resources they need while benefits may be delayed.
