Nadine Deleon Guerrero, network director of the CNMI Small Business Development Center (SBDC), visited the Congressional Office while she was in DC for the America’s SBDC Annual Leadership Summit convening SBDC network directors around the country. She shared how Small Business Administration programs have helped CNMI small businesses and areas where SBA programming could be made more “CNMI-friendly”. Hearing stories about the challenges and successes of our local entrepreneurs is enormously helpful for my work on the House Small Business Committee, and I look forward to working with her to adjust federal policies to best benefit CNMI small businesses.
