Students from Marianas High School’s Dolphin Battalion made their mark representing the CNMI at the 2025 US Army JROTC Leadership and Academic Bowl (JLAB), which took place last week at The Catholic University of America in Washington, DC. Competing against 1,441 Army JROTC teams from around the globe, they secured a coveted position among just 40 finalists to advance to the national level, an impressive achievement that highlights their commitment and effort. This event marked a proud milestone for the Dolphin Battalion as they took center stage nationally, setting a new benchmark for future cadets. Accompanied by SFC Albert Lujan Army Ret., Cadets Reolie Belle Oval, John Peter Quidato, Francine Maria Reyes, and Maxine Angela Candare exemplified exceptional leadership and collaboration throughout the competition. Congratulations to the entire team and their dedicated chaperones on this notable accomplishment and for representing the Marianas with such pride!
