I had the great opportunity this week to sit down with the phenomenal women leaders of the Saipan & Northern Islands Municipal Council. These dedicated public servants shared their plans for expanding services and strengthening the Council’s operations, as well as how Congress and the federal government can better support their work and our broader community.
