Leveling Up with Secretary Burgum

Thank you to Interior Secretary Doug Burgum for attending the IGIA Senior Plenary Session this week. In my speech to the attendees of the summit, I stated that the CNMI is tired of waiting and having the same old discussions year after year. I called for urgent action. Secretary Burgum was very empathetic to what the islands were going through and agreed that action must be taken. His openness and commitment to helping the U.S. territories is refreshing. I am excited to work with him in leveling up the CNMI.
