Learning More About Veteran Concerns from VFW and American Legion

On Tuesday and Wednesday of this week, the House Veterans Affairs Committee and Senate Veterans Affairs Committee joined together to host the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) and American Legion to discuss their legislative priorities for 2026. Bolstering Community Care, continuing medical research through the VA, and creating education and employment opportunities, are just a few of their priorities this year. VSOs serve a critical function for our nation’s veterans and I am looking forward to continuing the advocacy for the heroes who served our country. To watch the VFW testify, please click here.
