Joeten-Kiyu Public Library Representing in Washington, D.C.

The Joeten-Kiyu Public Library flew to Washington, D.C. to represent the Mariana Islands and educate the mainland about our language, culture, and heritage! Hundreds of thousands of people, including myself, had the privilege of visiting the library’s beautiful and informative booth to learn about and appreciate our home. Thank you to the entire team at the Joeten-Kiyu Public Library for traveling across the world to showcase the Marianas at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in the District of Columbia! We could not have a better or more dedicated staff serving our community than our friends at the library! Thank you for all that you do.
