I’m Lovin’ It - A Visit with the Ayuyus

While in transit back to Washington, I met briefly with Mr. Joe Ayuyu and his son, Joe Jr., joined by Guam Congressman James Moylan, to share conversation and vision for our islands. Mr. Ayuyu, as owner of the McDonald’s franchises in the CNMI and Guam, has provided stable jobs, supported local families, and reinvested in our communities for decades. Alongside his business leadership, he has also served our community in various public roles over the years, always committed to uplifting our people. His story is a reminder of how dedication, hard work, and love for our islands can create opportunities for others. I am grateful for the Ayuyu family’s impact on our islands and am inspired to see the next generation carry that spirit forward.
