On Thursday, I had the opportunity to meet with Executive Director Paul Tenorio and his team — Domi, Kaecia, and Konrad — of the Commonwealth’s Criminal Justice Planning Agency. They play a key role in managing several Department of Justice grants for the CNMI. Our conversation focused on the vital work they do, as well as the challenges they’re currently navigating, particularly those related to delays in the CNMI’s single audits. I truly value their partnership and appreciate the time they took to share their insights.
