One of the strongest examples of resilience in the CNMI has been Northern Marianas College and its response to Super Typhoon Yutu. It was important to return after this storm to see both the damage from this typhoon and what has held from the last one. That contrast says a lot about the work that has gone into rebuilding and preparing.
