At GTC Elementary, we met with school leadership to get a clear picture of the damage and what it will take to reopen classrooms. We were joined by Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary for Insular Affairs Bill Hague and Deputy Assistant Secretary Angel Demapan, along with GTC Principal Derwin Johnson and Public School System leadership. The discussion focused on current assessments and the work ahead to safely bring students back.
