Extending Support to Governor Apatang Amid His Transition

Following the sudden passing of Governor Arnold Palacios, I wrote to Governor David Apatang to express my heartfelt condolences and extend support as he assumes the duties of Governor. Governor Palacios was a good man whose steady leadership left a lasting mark on our islands.
