DoD Environmental Rehabilitation and Conservation Efforts

I met recently with Deputy Assistant Secretary Ron Tickle, Ms. Kristin Thomasgard, and other representatives regarding the environmental restoration and conservation efforts the Department of Defense is undergoing in the Marianas. The Department has already funded projects like nature restoration in southern Tinian and has plans for further such work across the Commonwealth. I appreciated their cooperation and am excited to see the impact we can make together for our local environment.
