This week, I had a very productive and warm meeting with House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan.  He’s a genuinely thoughtful and approachable leader, and I appreciated the opportunity to strengthen our relationship while keeping him informed on issues that affect the CNMI, including our economy, immigration, tourism, aviation, and more.  As Chairman of the Judiciary Committee, which has jurisdiction over matters such as immigration, federal courts, constitutional rights, antitrust, intellectual property, and law enforcement, I look forward to continuing to work with Chairman Jordan to advance policies that support the growth, safety, and prosperity of our islands.
