Connecting with the FBI Team Serving the Marianas

The Federal Bureau of Investigation plays a critical role in our community—enforcing federal laws and helping keep the Marianas safe and secure. This week, I had the chance to visit the FBI’s Resident Agency on Saipan and meet with the Special Agents assigned to the CNMI. These professionals are hard at work on criminal and national security matters affecting our islands, and I appreciated the opportunity to learn more about their priorities and the challenges they face. Our conversation was a valuable reminder that even in the most remote parts of the country, federal agencies are on the ground doing important work.
