Bill Introduced to Protect Veteran Small Businesses

This week, I introduced legislation that combines two of my favorite things - veterans and small businesses. H.R. 7795, the Veterans Affairs Subcontractor Competition and Opportunity Network Act, or VA SUBCON Act, will require VA to create a database of small businesses owned by veterans and service-disabled veterans for government contractors to prioritize.
