$500K for Karidat to support survivors

The Department of Justice Office on Violence Against Women has awarded $500,000 to KARIDAT to enhance community-based services for survivors of domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, and stalking. This grant supports emergency shelter, therapeutic services, referrals, and other assistance for victims exiting shelter. The funding will help maintain and expand culturally specific programs, ensuring survivors in the Northern Marianas have access to vital resources and support. Congratulations to Karidat.
