Big shoutouts to Dina Tenorio, the CNMI’s first female certified commercial diver and owner of Latte Marine Diving & Salvage, who was instrumental in the 2nd Annual Marine Debris Awareness Weekend on Tinian. The event combined hands-on beach cleanup with environmental education for the whole community—especially youth. With over 100 participants, support from local businesses, and powerful grassroots leadership, the weekend served as a reminder that environmental stewardship starts with all of us, right here at home.
