Today, June 22, is the last day for individuals and families affected by Super Typhoon Sinlaku to apply for federal disaster assistance. If you have experienced damage to your home, property, or vehicle, or have incurred disaster-related expenses, I encourage you to take the time today to submit your information and begin the application process. Even if you are unsure whether you qualify, it is important to apply and have your situation reviewed. Assistance may be available for a variety of recovery needs, and the U.S. Small Business Administration is also offering disaster loan programs for homeowners, renters, businesses, and nonprofit organizations. Do not leave assistance on the table. If you have not yet applied, please take a few minutes today to make sure your information is submitted before the deadline. Do not leave assistance on the table. To apply, call (671) 735-1050 or 800-621-3362, use the FEMA App, visit disasterassistance.gov, or apply in person at the Multi-Purpose Center on Saipan or the youth centers on Tinian and Rota.
