Kay Palacios Capitol Tour

This Thursday, we were pleased to welcome former Saipan resident Kay Palacios to the D.C. congressional office. Following her visit, staff led her on a Capitol tour, where she had the opportunity to see some of Congress’s most historic chambers. Kay now resides in Washington and works in education.
